I SO GET IT!!! That is a lovely specimen of garlic. My favorite garlic recipe is pretty much anything, seeing as how I add garlic to every thing. I especially love roasted garlic whole, and then using it in dip or spread. Garlic = THE BEST.

Let me guess . . . these are the pictures Food Gawker turned down. I say they're lovely but I will note that I can see shadows. And Food Gawker rather prefers their pictures drenched in light.
