Have you heard this song yet?
It is SO incredibly terrible, but catchy at the same time. Every time Friday rolls around, I sing it all day! Ugg..
It’s Friday - you know what that means? It’s my LAST DAY of practicum and school!! I am a free women as of 2:45 today!! I cannot believe I made it, this has been one of the most challenging years of my entire life!!
School was something I kept putting off, in fear of failing. I never felt smart, as well as I have never been good at finishing things that I have started! Well folks, I did it, and with a mainly B-/A average to boot!!
Graduation is on the 23rd, and you be I will be posting photos!
Anyways! I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s random post, because I have another one for you today!
Now introducing…
More curry!! – Haha yes, I am a curry freak!! And Dave is too, so why not?
This one had tofu, veggies and pineapple! YUM
I also took a stab at the chickpea cookies floating around blogland lately! I think they originally came from the lovely Purple Bird Dog blog!
I didn’t follow the rules – haha – no big surprise!
I used some different ingredients including.
and
BTW – this is soooooooooooooo good!!
Otherwise I followed the recipe!
I was madly in love with them straight out of the oven, and then fell out of love after they weren’t warm anymore. They ended up going moldy on the counter (oops).
I really loved them at first though, I’m not sure why I stopped eating them, I will have to give the recipe a go again. I did boast they were my favourite cookies ever. Weird.

There have been lots more kale chips in my world lately too… I do love them (to the moon and back). Once again, if you have tried store bought and gotten turned off, make them yourself, I promise they are better!
And TACOS! Dave’s brilliant idea!
Ground turkey and zucchini – with taco seasoning, salsa, cabbage and daily cheese (icky).
Served with a bunch of greens and watered down kale chips sauce and craisins!

Another super easy quick meal.
This is one of my favourite pub meals.
Thai chicken wraps.
I took left over chicken and cooked it in a pan with stir fry noodles and sweet chilli sauce!
Wrapped up with a piece of lettuce and wrapped in a wrap!
It drips all down your arms and is fantastic!! (not lunch friendly though, unless you pack the wrap separately!)

Lastly
Lance wants to say hi!
Smirky…
Handsome smiles!
His distracted – yet sophisticated face!
Well now that I am almost a free women – I am hoping to do lots of cooking and summer recipe creating (aka – hopefully lots of raw goodies!).
Any suggestions?
Happy Friday – enjoy your weekend!!
Favourite quote for today and a good thing to remember…
