Hey guys!
I’m excited to be back writing a little bit about my experience so far!! I’ve been 100% raw now for almost 5 days and loving it! I decided to take on another week of the course, because I am having so much fun!!
I also want to say HI! to all my new friends from this course! Such an amazing, warm group of people! So many exciting friendships have formed and I hope they continue!
So, because I don’t have much battery time left, I’ll just add pictures from Day One!!
The amazing location…
The view from our kitchen
Not too shabby hey??
Where the magic happens! First recipe – Banana Lemon Pie… (amazing – fav desert so far)
Then onto the entree! Kelp Noodles with Pesto served over greens
My plate of delciousness!
Plus a little bit of desert!! Everything was soo good!!
Plus while eating a cruise ship went passing through! (Look deep into the picture!!)
Hopefully you enjoyed this!! I will try to write every day if I get a chance, but if not, stick with me and I will take you through every day and hopefully share some recipes ( with permission of course)
Also I will be adding photos too my facebook page, so keep posted!!
xo Jessica
