I wanted to do something super fun for him, as he’s always spoiling me etc…
So I started off with organizing a group of friends to play laser tag! It ended up being behind the museum in a big forest (SO FUN!!) (kids weren’t actually crazy animals, but I don’t like putting kids pics on my blog without permission, as for friends, suck it up (hahaha just kiddin!!)

After awhile, you start to get serious about the game…
So much fun!! Then everyone came over to our place for a BBQ!!
D’s birthday request was big animals? (not sure why!!) So I did what I could!
This is Bruce – he’s kinda famous around these parts!!
I also booked “MISS PIGGY” to come and embarrass D, but she totally left us hanging and never showed up… I was so upset, because it would have been SO funny!!
But we just played up all the “big animals”
They just kinda crept around in the background! There was TONS of food!! I made some tasty goodies!

And we got cake from my VERY favorite cake lady!!!
Wheat free, vegan and 100% the best cake eva!!! (thanks Christa!) Lots of fun was had by all…
Lance even had a great time!! This was his first “party” that he was allowed off his leash – and he did pretty good!! (except one bite out of someone’s hot dog!!) He’s still a puppy and he’s doing pretty good!! (the terrible 2’s are almost past us!)

ReplyDeleteok so the "pickles"...wondering what you put in those or how you made them. There are SO many pickling cucumbers and cukes and zukes of all varieties here would love to know what you did...maybe just apple cid vinegar and spices? they look great but the mango salsa...oh girl. NICE
