CARAMEL – this will change your life!

No big blog post from me today, but let me tell you about something delicious… and life changing…    seriously!!

Tahini + Maple Syrup = CARAMEL DELICIOUSNESS!!

DSC_1929 I haven’t had any caramel since becoming dairy free… and I read about this deadly combination online the other day and seriously, it’s pure heaven….

I sliced up some apples, drizzled on the “caramel” sauce and covered it with pecans and raisins.

DSC_1930 Perfection, I tell ya!!

I can’t wait to try it over banana soft serve….

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  7. never would have thought that combo would work..sweet!

i make raw caramels with of all things, pine nuts and dates. I have a whole post on it. But this is such an even easier, i.e. no vita required, recipe!

the raw cookbooks you asked me about...honestly girl, I love Ani's books for simplicity and practicality. Matthew and Sarma is like food art. Nice, but not happening that often in my "real life".
