No big blog post from me today, but let me tell you about something delicious… and life changing… seriously!!
Tahini + Maple Syrup = CARAMEL DELICIOUSNESS!!
I haven’t had any caramel since becoming dairy free… and I read about this deadly combination online the other day and seriously, it’s pure heaven….
I sliced up some apples, drizzled on the “caramel” sauce and covered it with pecans and raisins.
I can’t wait to try it over banana soft serve….
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Seriously???? Holy yum!
ReplyDeleteI have both ingredients in my fridge..hmmm... ;)

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to try this...my son is dairy free and his favourite treat used to be caramel...he will be sooo excited. Thanks! Tanya
ReplyDeletenever would have thought that combo would work..sweet!
ReplyDeletei make raw caramels with of all things, pine nuts and dates. I have a whole post on it. But this is such an even easier, i.e. no vita required, recipe!
the raw cookbooks you asked me about...honestly girl, I love Ani's books for simplicity and practicality. Matthew and Sarma is like food art. Nice, but not happening that often in my "real life".
