Birthday Celebrations and Winner!

Today is the day I announce the winner of the much coveted Coconut Peanut Butter!!   135 entries – that’s insane!! 

Before that, you must sit though my birthday celebration pictures!  Dave arranged for a bunch friends to meet us at the pub to celebrate entering my “dirty thirties”! haha…

First off, the cake… OMG………..  

Dave found a place close to us that makes dairy/wheat free cakes.. this on is MOCHA chocolate…

It was not only beautiful, but one of the best cakes I have had, hands down…

This lady is onto something!  If you live close, place an order for sure.  Dave even mentioned he wants his birthday cake from her too!

Then the celebrations began…

I have lots of picture of friends, but not sure if they will want to make an appearance on this blog!  So I will leave them out!

Dave felt it was very important to take a picture of his “food blogger” fiancé eating…

I had the cajun halibut burger… it was pretty blah…  but no worries, I filled the void with chocolate cake!

Yes I am licking the massive knife….

The crew watching that intense skating thingy that was on tv.  

 

It was a great night… I also received some very important info..

When we got home… Dave gave me my gift… A NEW LAPTOP!! I was sooo in shock!   He said it was extravagant, but that I would need one for school!  I didn’t complain… :)

Last but not least, I got some beautiful flowers from a lady I used to work with (my work Mom!)

So pretty!!
