Just breathe……

Well my morning started off with winning this wonderful, beautiful fantastic yoga bag from Ohsheglows!  YES!!
Love it!!!
Just a little FYI on Dairy Free Betty – She LOVES hot pink!

Followed by a decision to make an appointment at the Naturopath for allergy testing (YES!) to figure out what the “bleeeeeeep” is up with my tummy these days!

Then I completed 10 mins of hula hooping on the Wii…
and made myself one of the yummiest (most sin like”) breakfasts of all time.  Inspired by here!

Chocolate sundae for breakfast – yes please!

Ok ok.. not a chocolate sundae, but frozen bananas, whipped up with macca powder and amazing grass chocolate and topped with coconut and chocolate chips
(and later walnuts and rice cereal)
Holy super yum

I decided you should all try it and let me know what you think!
Last nights eats were pretty good too!!

I was also inspired by someone for this meal, but I don’t remember who you are!!  (I will give you credit if I figure it out)

Caution food porn ahead

Corn tortillas spread with refried beans, tossed in the oven until crispy – topped with salsa, lettuce, green onions, cilantro and avocado -   Who thinks this stuff up?… Yum!
I also had this salad –check for eating more greens! YES!

After all these fun exciting moments,
I show up to school and scored a chair closer to the door! (YES!) (bye bye anxiety, you can kiss my A%#)….  and then looked around and realized that no one else from my group was there, so I would have to do my presentation alone…
(ps. one of the other girls wrote down all the notes)  *sigh*
I got up there like a trooper, bumbled my way through, and didn’t cry! (YES)

Have I told you it was only my second day of class and I had to do a presentation (alone)?….  so what if I pictured them all sitting in their underwear picking their noses?    Did I say that out loud?

Reminder to all my peeps (did I say THAT out loud?)
to enter the contest… Starbucks card ($10) and a whole lotta tea (the envelope keeps getting larger)
GO HERE TO ENTER!!   And Twitter away kids!!

End note – I’m not always a crazy wacko like this… today is just one of those days!

I’m heading off to play Ultimate Frisssssssbeee tonight
(aka get my butt kicked by a whole bunch of people who actually know how to play!)
Should be fun, I haven’t been in almost 2 years and I used to be a regular!!
Peace out smile_omg
