It’s hard to believe we have finally entered into 2010!
It feels like just yesterday that I was sitting in a hot tub drinking champagne with a bunch of rowdies waiting to see if if the world was going to end in 2000!!
Would have been a good way to go out! haha
and played Mario Kart (so fun) – going shopping for it soon!
Oh and I got cuddles from one of the cutest girls around!
These are 3 of my new favourite kids!
We had so much fun!!
I also got asked to be a bridesmaids in their wedding!
I almost cried… she is one of my best friends!
I’m so happy she’s met such a great guy!!
And his kids are a huge addition to our lives too!!
Anywhoo end of sappiness! :)
It was a fantastic night and a great way to ring in 2010!!
Onto eats over the past few days!! (this is a food blog right?)
Eggs (with pepper and nutritional yeast, and the two other obvious culprits!)I can’t remember who’s blog is was – but they started eating random meals – I was inspired – Dates with almond butter and agave, nacho chips, smoked oysters, broccoli, red pepper hummus, turnip, mango and a few Mary’s crackers!
I loved this meal- plus it’s a good way to clean out the fridge!Do you notice a difference in my pictures from my new camera?
Here is my rendition of Mom’s roast beef dinner-
I wasn’t in the mood for a heavy dinner. (Sorry Mom!)
Dad made “lemon and honey spaghetti squash” it was good!
Chickpea, onion and vinegar salad
Peas… ick… but I ate them anyways!
Those were my food highlights over the past few days!
Of course there was more food, but nothing overly exciting…

It wasn’t that good, but it was a good start! :)
